To strengthen the relationship between each employee’s efforts and the success of the company, the Employee Ownership Program was formed in 1988. In 2006, with the retirement of founder Richard A. Forsythe, the ESOP became 100% owner of the company’s stock.
Annual company contributions are made to eligible employee accounts at the Company’s discretion.
401(k) Plan
Employees may save for retirement by deferring pay into the plan on a pre-tax basis or after-tax basis. In addition to voluntary employee contributions, the plan features a quarterly company matching contribution into the ESOP.
