As Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Forsythe Technology, Daniel Rodgers is responsible for Forsytheís internal technology infrastructure, internal business systems and corporate information. Rodgers has 25 years of information technology experience, more than 15 years of which has been spent in management and senior management roles.
Prior to joining Forsythe, Rodgers served most recently as a senior director at JP Morgan Chase focused on application development for Chaseís insurance line of business. His work included management of cross-departmental projects supporting the launch of multiple insurance products for the bankís retail branch network. Prior to Chaseís acquisition of Zurich Life, Rodgers served as a senior vice president of Zurich life, where he led the development and implementation of new processes and controls to increase the CMM (capability maturity model) level of Zurich Lifeís IT environment.
As vice president of application development at Heller Financial, Rodgers not only led successful delivery of a variety of organization-wide projects, but also led initiatives focused on enabling business units to use IT services for better competitive advantage. For part of his time at Heller, Rodgers also served as an interim CIO.
Earlier in his career, Rodgers spent six years at IBM Global Services in a variety of roles, including project manager for staffing, business area manager, and outsourcing services project executive. He was also responsible for the fulfillment of a national data center outsourcing contract and led one of four IBM Y2K conversion centers in the United States.
Rodgers holds a bachelorís degree from John Carroll University, University Heights, Ohio and a masterís degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
