Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc. Achieves Gold Status from Cisco Systems

Expanded customer network support capabilities earn Forsythe recognition as a Cisco Systems partner - Gold Certified

Skokie, Ill. -- March 28, 2000 -- In its ongoing effort to publicly recognize partners who increase customers' satisfaction levels, Cisco Systems has named Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc. a Cisco Systems Partner-Gold Certified.


Achieved by only one percent of Cisco System Partners, Gold Certification is awarded to partners who demonstrate the highest level of product knowledge, technical expertise and service capability. In addition to providing comprehensive project management, Gold Certified Partners must also provide technical assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including one-hour callback response time and four-hour onsite response time at any time.
