Skokie, IL -- August 10, 2000 -- Forsythe Technology, Inc. has named Thomas R. Ehmann to the position of vice president and chief accounting officer. Ehmann comes to Forsythe from Prime Capital Corporation, a national specialty finance company engaged in leasing and lending to corporate customers. He served Prime Capital Corporation as its vice president of finance.
Ehmann, 47, is responsible for all accounting and tax control functions at Forsythe and reports to Al Weiss, senior vice president and chief financial officer.
"Tom is a wonderful addition to the management team at Forsythe Technology, Inc. as we continue to expand as a major provider of technology solutions to our customers," explains Weiss.
Ehmann spent three years at Prime Capital Corporation, where he served as a member of the executive committee and was responsible for information technology, financial and operational reporting and control functions. Ehmann began his professional career at KPMG, where he spent more than 10 years in the Chicago office auditing practice. He has worked within the leasing and specialty finance industry for more than 15 years, and gained experience at both privately owned and publicly held companies.
Ehmann is a certified public accountant and graduated summa cum laude with a BS degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
