A Forsythe Storage Blueprint and custom Forsythe Financial Services become the decision-making factors for implementation of multi-year, onsite IT storage capacity access plan that outlines the particulars of client storage requirements, typically over three years. The client agrees to the total amount of storage required for the term of the program and a periodic payment stream, based on the following components:

Overview

A Storage Blueprint provides:

• A baseline for program capacity, design of storage infrastructure, improvements to operational efficiency
• 100% of capacity requirement delivered Day One
• Day One, 60% of the storage in the program is considered "used." This means it has been provisioned and is ready to receive client data. The first payment in the stream is based on this 60% "used" amount (calculated by $/MB) plus any related program maintenance, services, etc. at 100%. This constitutes the "floor" for the payment amount
• As the client uses more storage in the future, the $/MB adjusts downward by 5% per quarter from Day One
• Periodic capacity planning to keep storage demand in sync with business needs
