As senior vice president, IT strategy solutions, Cindy Elzinga leads the development of new solutions offerings for Forsythe’s rapidly expanding consulting services. The strategy offerings provide the foundation for assessing and solving the CIO's most difficult and complex business and technology challenges. Elzinga has more than 25 years of experience in building and implementing high impact change initiatives and leading organizations through periods of consolidation, restructuring, acquisition integration, and high growth. She has applied her expertise in technology, information services and consulting across a wide variety of industries.
Before joining Forsythe, Elzinga was senior vice president of technology services/service delivery at Experian’s global marketing services unit, where she led the end-to-end delivery of technology, operations and account management. Previously, her broad experience included tenures at AC Nielsen, where, as senior vice president, North American systems and operations, she led an operating team of over 2000 associates; McDonald’s Corporation, where her assignments included director of IT alignment, director of digital strategy, and director of corporate applications development and global financial systems; and Ernst and Young, where she was a senior manager in their IT management consulting practice.
Elzinga earned her BBA in electronic data processing at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She has continued her leadership development through the Ashridge Executive Development Program, the Center for Creative Leadership-Leadership at the Peak, and the Senn Delaney organization/culture leadership programs, and is a certified professional facilitator.
Elzinga is a member of Forsythe Technology’s board of directors.
