STEP� Future Considerations

Although there are more than 20 ITIL V3 processes, the current release of the STEP� Framework addresses the five most common. In the near future, a second release of STEP� will include service-level management and other processes. Additionally, Forsythe is working with strategic partners to integrate STEP� Framework tools ensuring seamless reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
