Kevin White, 48, who served seven years as global vice president and chief information officer for Fortune 500 firm Robert Half International, Inc. (RHI), has been named a managing director and will be based out of the company’s Western area headquarters in Pleasanton, California. A graduate of Cal State University in Hayward, White serves as a member of the CIO Executive Summit’s governing body.

A former Forsythe client, White says, “I was consistently impressed by the level of experience and dedication Forsythe provided. I am excited to be a part of Forsythe’s innovative, growing consulting organization.”

John Humbert, 42, who spent the first 15 years of his career at Accenture, rising to the position of partner,  assumes the position of director of integrated solutions. Also reporting to Elzinga, Humbert will be responsible for integrated advisory services offerings for strategic engagements with enterprise clients in North America. He will be based out of Forsythe’s Central area headquarters in Skokie, Illinois.

Humbert has 19 years of experience developing and executing strategic IT change initiatives. He has worked extensively with worldwide Fortune 100 clients in the electronic and high-tech, consumer products and automotive industries. Tatelli brings 18 years of experience with an emphasis in IT strategy and architecture. Tatelli graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

D. Park Hersant, 35, previously a global business manager for Fortune 50 company Pfizer, also takes the role of integrated solutions group manager, reporting to Ilham Ahmed, director of integrated solutions. Hersant will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic solutions for key clients in the Northeast region, and will be based out of Forsythe’s Eastern area headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Hersant brings over 15 years of organizational and technical transformation experience as a consultant and corporate manager. Hersant was also a solutions consultant at Perot Systems, focusing on infrastructure organization outsourcing, technical consolidation and standardization. Hersant is a graduate of Mitchell College, New London, Conn., and a former member of the United States Marine Corps.

“Kevin, John and Park are valuable additions to our team,” adds Cynthia Elzinga. “The more insight we have into what it’s like to sit on our customers’ side of the table, making business-critical decisions that affect profitability, growth, and risk, the better our ability to develop and execute IT infrastructure solutions that meet their key business objectives.”
