The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that provides confidential assessment and referral to employees with problems such as marital, family, stress, emotional/psychological, legal, financial, and/or chemical dependency. In addition, Forsythe's EAP provides assistance with convenience services to help employees care for family responsibilities.
