As director of managed services, Dragana Vranic is responsible for developing and implementing Forsythe’s new managed services line of business. Forsythe's managed services offering provides monitoring and support for managing IT risk and cost. Vranic has more than 17 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Before joining Forsythe, Vranic was senior manager of managed security services at MTS Allstream. In this role, she was responsible for the direction, growth and management of the national managed security services team. Prior to joining MTS Allstream, Vranic worked for Netcom, Bell Mobility and Teleglobe.

Vranic earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade. Additionally, she is a certified information systems auditor (CISA) and holds the ITIL IT service management essentials designation. Vranic also has numerous technical certifications including McAfee Network Intrusion Prevention and the NetScreen Certified Security Associate - NCSA.
