We take you through a four-phased approach in which we:

• Qualify. 
  This engagement consists of a high-level fact-finding session and development of the initial business case, including education of the practice lifecycle and relevant Solaris 10 technologies. This service concludes with delivery of Rough Order of Magnitude ROI estimates and a Statement of Work for a detailed workshop.

• Advise. 
  Involves a “Deep Dive” discovery workshop where we review the enterprise, gather extensive information and develop the business case and ROI analysis. Based on information gathered, we develop an architecture overview, project plan, bill of materials, and implementation plan, which includes a virtualized and consolidated architecture and refines the business case analysis. We present its recommendations and generate an implementation Statement of Work, including advanced feature options.

• Implement. 
  We execute the migration process using established parameters, standards-based methodologies, and industry best practices. Heuristics are gathered to enable performance optimization and capacity planning.

• Manage, Optimize & Train. 
  We ensure a smooth transition with varying levels of support depending on the comfort and skill level of the organization. Performance tuning and optimization are available to maximize the overall benefits. Additionally, site tailored training services are available to ensure a smooth transition to the local support staff.
